As such it smells like a day to day easy to wear fragrance for a young woman - it's clean, inoffensive, powdery and no nonsense. This can be worn to work/office and matches with a blouse, skirt or dress but seems to want you to wear her with make up.
The sillage in it is quite poor, I found myself re-spraying it throughout the day, but it was, in fact, quite long-lasting. For those of you, who loved this once and find it really synthethic now, but still want a sophisticated dupe, try Xerjoff's Lira.
It is a perfume that opens up really loudly when you get all hot - the notes in it were pulsing the loudest after dancing. Three to four years later, I find myself hating this perfume. It will break your wallet, but it will be your new love.
Not bad, not offensive but a bit unpredictable in my opinion, was not expecting the faint initial caramel to leave so quickly, not what I was expecting from something named "Candy".
Sillage is very soft, could not smell this unless I dug my nose into my wrist, ok I was also trying 2 sprays of poison girl on my other one so that was dominating but Candy was not trying to fight back, like that somewhat popular girl at the party who stands in the background drinking and talking to her friends instead of dancing and stealing the scene, also she's leaving early as she's bored, just like this scent did after a few hours.
Now I wear it regularly not only to parties but just to go to the grocery store.
This is so easy to wear that I think any girl of any age can wear it from about 13 to 90!This is a loveable and absolutely heavenly little perfume.Makes a good Christmas gift and can be worn as your holiday party perfume. It’s not exactly sophisticated, but it’s fun, flirty and feels like a more grown up version of something I’d wear as a teenager or in my early 20’s, which is what I think Prada was going for. A clean sweet scent, I only sprayed it once on my wrist so I didn't expect much but for me it was difficult trying to smell this as it changed really quickly and pretty much faded after a couple of hours.I was walking through the Macy's fragrance department store and I sampled this scent by using the roller ball.I thought the opening was too strong and very alcoholic almost medicinal but I waited, walked around, and finally got around to discovering this gorgeous gourmand. It's not an Oriental vanilla as it's classified on here; at least not for me.Prada Candy is a new fragrance by Prada launched in August 2011.
